Straight talk on cost
What a hat bar rental costs.
Every event is a little different, so we quote each one. But the pieces that shape the number are the same every time — here they are, in plain terms.
The building blocks
Five things that set your number.
Base staffed station
Cap wall, press, design menu, and crew for a local event.
Staffing
Trained operators, billed per hour including setup and teardown time.
Cap styles & quantity
Richardson, Flexfit, dad hats and specialty blanks price differently by guest count.
Patches & custom art
Stock patch menu is included; custom logo patches and digitizing are quoted per design.
Travel
Local to OC, LA, and San Diego is included; events beyond that add a flat travel fee.
Why we quote instead of posting one price
A 60-guest bachelorette needs a very different setup than a 400-person corporate mixer with two branded stations. Rather than pad a flat rate to cover the biggest possible event, we size the bar to yours: the right number of stations and staff, the cap styles you want, and only the travel you actually incur. That usually saves money and always avoids surprises.
What’s always included in the base
- The styled cap wall and blanks for your headcount
- The stock patch and transfer design menu
- Commercial heat presses and all consumables
- Trained operators who run the station start to finish
- Load-in, styling, live operation, and pack-out
