How it actually goes

Hat bar rentals, start to finish.

A few looks at how the bar ran for different crowds — the setup, the flow, and what guests walked away with.

120 guests

A vineyard welcome party

For a two-day wedding, the couple wanted the Friday welcome party to double as an icebreaker. We set a cap wall of Richardson 112s in the wedding colors and a patch menu with the couple’s monogram and the date. One station kept pace with 120 guests over three hours, and nearly everyone wore their hat to the ceremony the next day.

300 guests

A tech company summer mixer

A brand team wanted swag people would keep. We ran two branded stations with a custom embroidered logo patch and let staff choose from four cap colors. Over 300 caps went out in a four-hour window, and the bar became the photo backdrop for the night.

A Palm Springs bachelorette

A bride-squad weekend needed a Saturday activity. We brought a compact bar of trucker blanks, chenille letter patches, and a few cheeky pre-made patches. The group built matching hats over cocktails in about an hour — the favor and the entertainment in one.

Details above are representative of the kinds of hat bars we run; specifics are adjusted per client.
